In 2013, we invested in our first 5-Axis machine. The DMU 85 monoBLOCK. This machine opened our eyes to what modern machine-tool technology can do. This machine increased our efficiency by more than 300% and created so countless possibilities of different parts for us to manufacture. The DMU 85 was at the forefront of our transition into the aerospace and defense component machining industry. This machine is a perfect outfit for smaller in size and tight tolerance parts such as impellers, blisks, valve bodies, universal joints and more.  Precision Mold and Machining Services Inc. now boasts 2 DMU 85 monoBLOCK machines in our arsenal.
